I am here to tell you about some tips that helps you to be on your goal. Some people i saw leave their fitness journey when they dont get any results. But fitness is all about patience.you have to focus not only on workout but also on your diet plan,rest period and also your day to day activities.
You have to prepare a schedule according to your work that how much time you have to workout,which type of diet you have to follow and how much rest your body wants.
