Fitness is a rollercoaster ride!!

“Ups and downs”

Fitness is something where, so much of ups and downs will come. I bet you there is not that much of problems in the business making than fitness.

I share my personal feedback upon this,like i also preparing for some men’s physique comp. But all of a sudden i just ignored it for a while and ruined the schedule that i made for me. For example:- rest is very important for any fit person,but i didnt get proper sleep of 7-8 hours. Because of that my other day schedule is also spoilt and i didn’t get proper diet for me,sometimes i skip my exercises also and now its like starting from “Zero” again. But its okay.,if u hv proper knowledge then u xan overcome it.

So i just suggest you never ever fucked up ur plan like this if you are preparing for something big and good. Because your’s training get waisted and you feel very low. Some person just leave the game and spoil everything. You just have to do one thing that is, Mark the date that important one on which you hve any competition ,photoshoot or any fitness related thing and started to prepare for it.. you have to count the days and prepare according to it but remember this between that training period you dont have to forget anything your rest,sleep time,recovery,diet,your exercise,your preparation etc.. once after that is over than u can just enjoy for 1 or 2weeks.. and than get back to the track for something more big than the first one. I will make u sure that this will surely help uh..

What fitness wants from you?

Hello all fitness lovers, sorry for not presenting here for so long. Fitness needs a scheduled lifestyle. Like fitness is not about proper diet,workout and rest. It mostly depends on your lifestyle. Your day to day life is important in it.

I give you a example of mine, i also a fitness guy who always wants to be fit so i use to focus on my workout,diet and rest but other than that the whole day i do whatever i want. Like watching tv and eat some junk food as snacks,sometimes watching tv and using social media for too long. It also affects our fitness journey.

You have to manage this all in a schedule box,if you want a healthy lifestyle. Healthy lifestyle is not only about big biceps, chest and six pack abs. Its all about are you able to do any work in your 40’s that is an easy job for you when you was in your 20’s.

I’m not saying that gym and all is bad but healthy lifestyle is not only gym and diet.

Fitness love

Everyone in this world want to be fit. But are they giving their 100%? So i think the answer is yes if we talk about the training side,but when it comes to diet and rest they spoiled and forget abt the results.

I am here to tell you about some tips that helps you to be on your goal. Some people i saw leave their fitness journey when they dont get any results. But fitness is all about patience.you have to focus not only on workout but also on your diet plan,rest period and also your day to day activities.

You have to prepare a schedule according to your work that how much time you have to workout,which type of diet you have to follow and how much rest your body wants.

So, first 7 days notice about yourself what you are doing on a daily basis, then come to me and tell me what you u all are doing i will suggest you what you have to change in that.
